Life Transition Coaching Packages
Customized Coaching’s packages are for leaders who want to be empowered in navigating a daunting life transition. Finding your purpose shouldn’t be hard, and your dreams were never meant to go unfulfilled. Many of us feel we are either trapped by our current circumstances or paralyzed by a big decision or transition, whether that’s a lost job, recent graduation or another life crisis.
Every coaching relationship is carefully shaped around who the person being coached is and what they wish to walk away with. It begins with a complimentary life coaching session that serves to let the leader experience the coach’s style and approach. If agreement is then reached regarding desired outcomes, number of sessions per month and fees, the coaching relationship begins with a two-hour Foundation Session. Career/Job Transition Coaching
We offer 3 job/career transition packages that provide one-on-one support. Each package is tailored to the individual, using various assessments for vocational alignment, depending on your circumstances and identified goals. The options listed below are stand alone packages, and they also serve here as starting points for our conversation clarifying a coaching agreement.
Option 1: Strategic Clarity in Career Transition
- 8 life coaching sessions to support a significant change in vocational direction
- Unlimited access to email and phone coaching for the duration of your 8 sessions
- Two follow-up sessions
- Brainstorming session to identify obstacles for reaching your potential
- Access to participate in premium & basic assessments
Option 2: CONFIDENCE AND COURAGE IN JOB TRANSITION
- 6 coaching sessions to support a job change and job search campaign
- Limited access to email and phone coaching for the duration of your 6 sessions (includes 2 contacts/session)
- One follow-up session
- Access to participate in basic assessments and tools
Option 3: JOB SEARCH PREPARATION
- 4 life coaching sessions
- Access to participate in basic assessments and tools including an updated resume’

Make a Good Choice! Learn How to Find the Right Coach
Soul Stories Conference
In addition to personalized coaching, Customized Coaching also hosts periodic “Soul Stories” conferences. When we learn how to tell our story and listen to the story of others, we are confronted with the question: “Am I living the life I want to be living?” These two-day conferences will help you understand your answer to that question and what to do about it if you find yourself dissatisfied with your response. They are designed to bring hope and empowerment to discover life dreams. You will leave with a greater sense of direction and significance, understanding what your story has to offer the world. $200/person
Strengths Finder Groups
Where do your dreams and talents collide? Answering that question will help you find your life purpose. With this in mind, Customized Coaching utilizes Strengths Finder™ to encourage the self-discovery of your strengths and then leverages them to find your purpose in life. Each Strengths Finder Group meets once/week virtually for 4 sessions. Strength Finder Groups are limited to 10 members. $300/person
Dream Groups
Customized Coaching’s Dream Groups are all about discovering life dreams. Participants will find how their unique strengths can bring clarity to their dreams and confidence to pursue them. In each group session, your life coach will provide input for your journey and an opportunity for members to share their personal growth experience, gaining encouragement from one another. Members will be guided through customized assessments tailored to their life situation and goals. Each Dream Group meets once/week individually with Walter for 2 sessions and once/week virtually as a group for 4 sessions. Dream Groups are limited to 6 members. $450/person
